Develop your Rolling UV
nano-imprint process with Stensborg

Biochips (or Lab-on-a-chip) are a powerful tool for point-of-care rapid detection of various infectious diseases. They often contain optical components for coupling light in and out and micro-fluidic channels for guiding blood, for example.
There is a strong desire to shift the manufacturing technology of biochips from injection molding to roll-to-roll UV-nanoimprint lithography to increase production capacity and lower cost.
Developing a new roll-to-roll UV nanoimprint lithography process for a specific biochip can be challenging. For this reason, Stensborg has developed the Desktop R2P NanoImprinter and a range of UV-curable resins for both templates and replicas. This machine and consumables help our customers to de-risk the process development through a step-by-step approach.
